Why Choose Hearing Your Way?
Our patients give us glowing reviews and even recommend us to their friends and family. We see patients all across West Boylston and Massachusetts, and we even have patients come to us from out of state. Some of the reasons our patients trust their hearing care to us are:
We are patient-driven.
Our hearing center was established to help people. We keep your health and well-being at the center of everything we do.
We are here for you.
If you have questions or need support, our hearing instrument specialist, Annette Norris, is available to help. Our practice is like a family, and we love helping people.
We offer complimentary hearing tests.
If you are unsure that you have hearing loss, there is no risk in having your hearing tested. We offer free hearing tests so your hearing health can be a priority.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
When you come to Hearing Your Way, you will always be greeted by our friendly front office staff.

We will begin your appointment with a conversation. We’ll talk about your hearing, your background, what brought you in to the office, and what your goals are.

After our conversation we will look inside your ears at your ear canal and eardrum. Sometimes cerumen (earwax) can build-up and affect your hearing.

Next, we will perform a hearing test. This will allow us to understand what kind of hearing loss you have and how severe it is.

We will go over the results of your hearing test (audiogram) and discuss some treatment options that would best help you.

If you choose to move forward with hearing aids, we’ll put in the order and set up an appointment for a fitting.
